PEACEABLE KINGDOM: THE JOURNEY HOME is dedicated to the memory of three extraordinary individuals whose lives and deeds served a transcendent vision of a more just and peaceful world. An automobile accident tragically claimed the life of Tony Levin when he was in his early thirties. While this is an age when many people are still figuring out what they want to do with their lives, Tony had already been working for many years to help create a better future for the vulnerable people and animals of this world. In addition to his work in the healing arts, Tony was an extraordinarily committed community educator. He organized several events around Tribe of Heart's first documentary, THE WITNESS, showing it in various venues in Western Canada. Tony was an idealist of rare conviction who vigorously embraced the principles of integrity and altruism. His connection to Tribe of Heart is carried on by his good friend Micha Pringle and his brother Mike, who today creates paintings of the animals Tony was so devoted to protecting. We are honored to dedicate this film project to Tony and the values he stood for. See more of Mike Levin's artwork: folkart-levin.com
